About Us

Steve Tribble, CPA and Associates, LLC is a partnership between Steve and Gail Tribble, husband and wife. We both grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and have a great love for and loyalty to the area and the people who live here. We are graduates of Choctawhatchee High School and both attended and received associate of arts degrees from Okaloosa Walton Junior College. Steve has a degree in accounting from the University of West Florida and has been a CPA in Florida since 1975. Gail has a degree in business education from the University of West Florida, a master degree in public administration from Florida State University and 29 years of Florida state tax experience.
We offer expertise in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, federal and state tax planning and preparation, business startup and organization and human resource management. We specialize in QuickBooks for small businesses and offer training and support in the use of this software. We can help small businesses and individuals who have been negatively impacted by the BP Horizon oil spill prepare cost and revenue impact statements and financial reimbursement claims.
Many people are reluctant to go to a CPA for help in accounting or tax issues because they believe it will be an intimidating and expensive experience. We are not your typical CPA firm. Our practice is very personal. We keep our practice small and like to get to know our clients. Because we work from our home our overhead costs are low and so are our fees.
